Our playground provides a large area for children to receive the physical exercise they need. Safety is our first concern when outside. The staff are with the children at all times whether walking in the woods or on the tree house or climbing equipment. Formal activities are offered to those children who want to join in. The playground has three tables available for art, books, blocks, or puzzles to be enjoyed outdoors. Our newest addition to the playground is our state of the art Tree House. In addition, Peace Through Play recently received its second New York State Office of Children and Family Services Health and Safety Grant for $15,000. As a result we have a beautiful new piece of climbing equipment that gives children many options for getting the exercise they need.
